You could also say for example, “I have a rule for myself… I know that you are going to be fine.” And if you don’t do this properly you might just be labeled a bad person.

The key with self-awareness is awareness. That is the very first thing you have to do. When you realize you are not fine, you can start to practice self-awareness, practice your knowledge, your skills, and your habits. Then you will be able to do things better if you want to.

As an example, when people ask how I do or ask how I have done so far, I tell them. “I practice.” The next thing I do is I try to take a walk and think about it before I do anything else, like I say, “I will be okay.” Then I start my walk and think about it a little bit more before I do anything else. The result is that I walk normally for the first couple of days.

It’s not just enough to read books about yourself, you have to read books about other people. You can’t just read a dictionary and start practicing your knowledge. A really easy way to practice your knowledge is to put your knowledge in a computer, which makes it easier to practice your knowledge, and it also makes it easy to learn new things. If you have a computer, then you could take a step back and think about the steps you took to learn new things.
