One of the big problems we have when we are in a rut is that we don’t think about “what” is going on. We think about “how” and “who” and “why” and “when”. The catalyst for catalytic converter is that we want to know who or what is making us feel stressed and frustrated, and that catalyst will help us look at the situation we are in.
The story is just like the movie The Shining — we go to the gym to work out, and that’s exactly what we do. While the main focus of the movie is the gym, we also go to the gym to get ready for the summer. We have a lot of fun and we work out, and then all of a sudden we feel like we’re in a rut. That’s not something we can change with the new generation.
