how to get a stuck rotor off

I am a bit of a DIY’er. In fact, I started my own home repair business with a broken electric rototiller. My goal was to use these skills to fix a few things around my home and continue to build on my DIY skills and knowledge. This included fixing a rotor that was hanging too low. I had no idea how to get it off.

I was not ready for this. I had seen a few YouTube tutorials and a couple of sites on how to remove a stuck rotor and a lot of folks were willing to try and help me. However, the rotor was way too low and I had no tools. I had to figure it out on my own. I was able to get a few tools, the drill, and the screwdriver.

You can’t just use a screwdriver to remove a rotor on a helicopter. Because helicopters are extremely heavy, you can’t simply use the drill and screwdriver to remove the rotor from the helicopter. So you have to use your hands to pry the rotor off. However, if you’ve never done a rotor replacement before, I recommend you read this guide on how to do a rotor replacement.

I’d suggest you read the guide I wrote about replacing a rotor here, you’ll be a lot less confused. The screwdriver is the most important tool here. This is because the screwdriver is extremely dangerous. You can get seriously hurt if you get caught screwing with one. Most importantly, if you screw with the wrong tool, you can end up breaking the rotor and your helicopter.

The screwdriver is also known as the chisel. It is a very sharp bit of metal with which to cut into the rotor. Of course, if you screw with it wrong, you can end up breaking the rotor and your helicopter.
